The menu offers dishes like roast lamb kebab and comte mac & cheese with mimolette flambé, alongside mains of carrot merguez frites; the “Uni” with Koshihikari rice, confit egg yolk and sea urchin crème; and caramelized half Liberty duck. A seasonal chef’s tasting menu is also available.
